Season 04 Theme

This Fall’s Confluence is taking a deep dive into entrepreneurship both on and off the pasture. We will hear from speakers who are building and sustaining businesses, the challenges they have faced, and how they navigate through them. The two days will be filled with inspiring narrative stories, learning opportunities, tools and skills for success in getting started, and, as always, some creative surprises.

We’ve curated a virtual experience to guide participants on a shared journey to increase our collective hope and impact as women who care for our land and rural communities. Each day at the Confluence, we will be weaving a tapestry of connection and stretching our imaginations with inspiring keynotes, creative moments, networking sessions, practical education, and skill-building. Expect a few surprises along the way.

Why gather women?

Investments made in rural women cannot be understated. Focusing on women drives change across families, ranches, and entire communities. We are cultivating community, increasing equity, building power, expanding access, and reshaping our future. We are Women in Ranching.
