Morning Dew Mugs

The first thing most of us do every morning is to sip (or gulp) down a cup of liquid energy. It's a ritual, it's comforting, and most of us need it to get us out the door!

Enter small batch, WIR-branded, custom-made coffee/tea mugs by the multi-talented Lauren Woods.

Prairie Moment Sweatshirts

This limited run of WIR-branded sweatshirts was designed and illustrated by the talented Sarah Budeski (our contracted illustrator) and printed at women-owned-and-operated Intrigue Ink in Bozeman, Montana.

Range-riding, bottle feeding baby goats, or coffee and a good book—these sweatshirts give us warm-fuzzy feelings of connectedness and community. (Spoiler alert: they are, in fact, warm and fuzzy).

Women in Ranching and Flowers and Fringe teamed up to bring you custom leather-tooled WIR logo hats inspired by Erika Nunlist’s work on the land as a range rider.

Pursue Victory Shirts

We all have a favorite work shirt. The one we pull on blindly in the dark hours of the morning, the one with the permanent pit stains, dried manure, and maybe even some crusty peanut butter.

We all appreciate our workwear, but for this first launch, we wanted to create something we could put on and feel valued for ALL that we are, including but not limited to the hard work we do on the land.

Faux leather WIR patch in rustic gold above chest pocket

Custom sleeve cuff embroidery with the WIR “Connect, Engage, Unite” tagline

We are honored to collaborate with women who care for land and animals, all while building businesses that celebrate their creative passions.

Whether you are buying for your sister, mother, neighbor, friend, or something special for yourself, we hope you can feel the care, attention, and creative energy that went into each of these pieces. Know that you are supporting a sister on the land in her unique work.
