Ranch Management Weekends

The idea for our Ranch Management Weekends came from requests for more connection and time with ranch hosts and managers, skill and experience sharing, and insight from those who own and/or manage land. 

These weekends highlight and elevate some of the women in the community who are doing the hard work of caring for their land and livestock on a daily basis. 

Join us in person as we hit the dusty road and visit with ranchers across the West. These gatherings offer a chance to connect and engage with fellow community members, hear inspiring stories, and exchange valuable experiences with women who graciously open their ranches to us.
