This event offers a welcoming space to share stories, find support, and deepen your roots in community and healing, all while enjoying your morning beverage together!
This gathering is open to all Indigenous women who feel called to steward the land, regardless of regional affiliation. Morning Medicine is part of WIR’s Rooted in the Land program, which focuses on holistic care to nurture women’s physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. All programming is proudly led by Indigenous women.
Aligned with the direction and leadership of our Rooted in the Land program facilitators, and rooted in our core values, we are committed to providing support while ensuring the confidentiality of shared information in this virtual gathering to maintain a safe and equitable space.
